Howard’s consultant experience spans 20 years working with clients in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and operational efficiency.
Erica Olsen is the COO and a co-founder of OnStrategy. She has developed the format and the user interface for the award-winning OnStrategy on-line strategic management system. In addition, she is the author of Strategic Planning Kit for Dummies, 2nd Edition.
As an Account Executive for OnStrategy, Kim manages, facilitates and advises clients across all sectors in strategic planning. In addition to her strategic management experience with OnStrategy, Kim brings over 13 years of combined experience in fundraising, grants management and technical recruiting. Her versatile skill-set and adaptability ties in well with OnStrategy’s wide array of clientele.
Cammy brings 13 years of public relations, cross-cultural brand management experience to the team. Her firm understanding of the role of information in developing strong internal and external business ties has lead her to the strategic planning realm. She holds a dual major B.A. in Journalism and Anthropology. Her work for M3 focuses consultancy services in the realm of project management, customer engagement programs and strategy.
Vanessa Lindeberg is an Account Manager for OnStrategy.
