Erica Olsen

Erica co-founded M3 Planning and is the Chief Operating Officer, and has been instrumental in building the business to be a nationwide leader in on-demand strategic planning tools and services. In 1997, she was named Entrepreneur of the Year by The Business Report of Northern Nevada. She brings a strong expertise in start-up business and international development. She is a lecturer at University of Nevada Reno and University of Phoenix. She holds a BA in Communications and an MBA in international management.


Howard Olsen, Ph.D, CPA

Howard co-founded M3 Planning and is a lead market researcher and strategist for the company. In addition to consulting, Howard is a marketing professor at the University of Nevada, Reno. Howard’s consultant experience spans 20 years working with clients in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and operational efficiency. He holds a Ph.D. in international business and marketing, as well as an MBA and a CPA.


Nancy Olsen

Nancy is a co-founder of M3 Planning and leads Business Development for the company. She brings a breadth of entrepreneurial management and international expertise from owning and selling five small businesses. She specializes in helping organizations develop their strategy to accomplish their growth plans through M3’s professional services and also its flagship program, MyStrategicPlan.com. She holds an MS in Education, MA in Theology, and an MBA in Management.


Russell Persson

Russell is the Vice President of IT and president of Delge.com. He has years of professional experience providing cost effective web and software applications, data management solutions, and IT project management. Under his software development and data management, M3’s flagship product, MyStrategicPlan.com has served thousands of users with award-winning innovation.


Kim Perkins

As an Account Executive for M3, Kim manages, facilitates and advises clients across all sectors in strategic planning. In addition to her strategic management experience with M3, Kim brings over 13 years of combined experience in fundraising, grants management and technical recruiting. Her versatile skill-set and adaptability ties in well with M3’s wide array of clientele. Kim holds a BA in International Affairs and a MA in International Policy and Public Administration.


Elsa Ozuna-Richards

Elsa is a Senior Account Executive at M3 Planning and has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry in clinical practice, practice management, financial and strategic management, and project development. She founded REA Healthcare Strategies, which conducted internal workflow assessment to improve operational efficiencies and external market assessments for developing strategic direction. She has a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration-Healthcare Management and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive.


Vanessa Lindeberg

Vanessa is an Account Manager for M3 Planning. She provides new and existing clients the support to be successful in their strategic planning and implementation process, with a focus on non-profit organizations. Her depth of knowledge of our strategic process and online software is a great strength for the company and our clients. Prior to coming to M3, she worked over 10 years in the hospitality industry.


Cammy Elquist LoRe’

Cammy is an Account Executive for M3 Planning. She brings 13 years of public relations, cross-cultural brand management experience to the team. Her firm understanding of the role of information in developing strong internal and external business ties has lead her to the strategic planning realm. She holds a dual major BA in Journalism and Anthropology. Her work for M3 centers around consultancy services in the realm of project management and strategy support, as well as writing topic newsletters.


Kristin Larsen

Kristin is the Web Developer and Online Marketing Coordinator for MyStrategicPlan.com and M3Planning.com. Her work allows for effective communication, site design and management of online resources. She has more than seven years experience in the news and marketing industry as the Web Director for a television station and as a reporter for various other media agencies. She also teaches multimedia reporting and website design at the University of Nevada, Reno where she earned her BA of Journalism.


Ryan Olsen

Ryan provides account management and product development for MyStrategicPlan with a focus on the customer experience. His project and product management skill set provide the process oriented mindset to drive this objective. Ryan’s passion is rooted in the small/medium business environment. His success is measured through the number of customers who find value in the MyStrategicPlan system and leverage it to facilitate their strategic planning needs. Ryan received his B.S. of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Connie Armstrong

Connie is an Account Manager at M3 Planning with over 10 years of experience in public relations and account management. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, she has a BA from the Reynolds School of Journalism. Connie enjoys working with clients, assisting them in seeing their projects through to the end. She also assists in operations management and has a keen eye for detail and standards.


Shannon Forster

Shannon is an Account Coordinator at M3 Planning with experience in marketing, social media and strategic planning. A graduate of University of Nevada, Reno, she has a BS in Marketing from the College of Business.
