Howard Olsen, Ph.D, CPA

In addition to consulting, Howard is a marketing professor at the University of Nevada, Reno. Howard is a business consultant with 20 years experience working with clients in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and operational efficiency. He holds a Ph.D. in international business and marketing, as well as an MBA and a CPA.

Nancy Olsen

Nancy is a strategic business planner and a manager. She brings a breadth of entrepreneurial management and international expertise from owning and selling five small businesses, hosting international conferences, and consulting entrepreneurs and business owners. She holds an MS in Education, MA in Theology, and an MBA in Management.

Erica Olsen

Erica is a strategic consultant and a business planner with seven years of experience helping entrepreneurs articulate their visions and bringing them to fruition. She brings a strong expertise in start-up business and international development. She is a lecturer at University of Nevada Reno and University of Phoenix. She holds a BA in Communications and an MBA in international management.

Russell Persson

Russell is the Vice President of IT and president of Delge.com. He has years of professional experience providing cost effective web and software applications, data management solutions, and IT project management.

Kim Perkins

Kim is an Account Executive at M3 Planning. She offers project management and support to M3’s consulting clients. Kim has a versatile skill-set with 10+ years of combined experience in account management, fundraising, grants management, event planning and international development. Kim’s adaptable background ties in well with M3’s array of clientele from nonprofit to small/large business. She holds a BA in International Affairs and a MA in International Policy Studies.

Mikey Hougland

Mikey manages product development and promotions for MyStrategicPlan. Her creative thinking and affinity for all things web help keep MyStrategicPlan fresh. Mikey joined the M3 team after graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Ed Adkins

Ed handles web marketing, community development and affiliate relations. A web geek with 5 years of marketing experience covering everything from direct mail through internet, radio and television advertising to social media and SEO, his passion for business strategy led him to M3. Ed received his Bachelors in Journalism from the University of New Mexico and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Vanessa Lindeberg

Vanessa Lindeberg is the Client Services Administrator for M3 Planning. She provides new and existing clients the support to be successful in their strategic planning and implementation process. Vanessa has worked for over 10 years in the hospitality industry. She enjoys spending her free time exploring the backcountry: hiking, snowshoeing, and camping.

Cammy Elquist LoRe’

Cammy is a project manager for M3 Planning. She brings 13 years of public relations, cross-cultural brand management experience to the team. Her firm understanding of the role of information in developing strong internal and external business ties has lead her to the strategic planning realm. She holds a dual major BA in Journalism and Anthropology.

Ryan Olsen

Ryan co-manages product development for MyStrategicPlan with a focus on the customer experience. His project and product management skill set provide the process oriented mindset and analytical tools to drive this objective. Ryan’s passion is in the SMB environment. His success is measured through the number of customers who find value in the MyStrategicPlan system and leverage it to facilitate their strategic planning needs. Ryan received his B.S. of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno.
