Our Story

M3 Planning was founded in 2000 by the Olsen family who believed that strategic planning should not be relegated to just the Fortune 500s of the world. Every organization, no matter the size or resources, can benefit from being more strategic. M3 COO Erica Olsen published her second edition of “Strategic Planning Kit for Dummies” in 2011. We also donate 10% of our net profit because we believe in giving back to the community. M3 is constantly building on our legacy by improving and expanding our award-winning suite of strategic planning services and software.
