Strategy Survey
Deciding where to go must be oriented from where you now stand.
Gather the wisdom and insights of those who observe, interact with, or work for your organization through a survey. A strategy framework, top level goals and priorities can be generated from the responses. Use the results to understand your organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. You will also be able to better assess internal and external activities and where the gaps exist between the two.
Your strategy advisor will help you develop a survey tool for data collection by providing a survey template to choose the questions best suited for your organization and the information you are looking to uncover. The survey will be web-based and a link to the survey will be emailed to all participants (list provided by you). The responses will be provided in aggregate form for your analysis.

What’s Included:
- Questions have been developed to solicit input from the board, directors, managers and key staff
- Consists of 10-12 open-ended questions that are agreed upon by you
- Survey is individually completed by 10 – 20 people (anonymously if desired)
- Survey takes approximately 30 minutes to complete
- Answers are downloaded and aggregated into a final report for your analysis
The Fine Print
- We do not filter or analyze the data
- Survey does not talk about the health of the organization
- Coupons may not be used on packages unless the product is specified by name
