Bring Your Strategy To Life

Cost: The Dash can be added to any MyStrategicPlan for $39 a month, or any MyNonprofitPlan and MyChurchPlan for $29 a month. All plans start with a free 30-day trial.
Once you start drilling down from the Strategy Map, The Dash will default to show your plan to the “Goals” tab. If you would rather see your strategic plan performance, launch into this view by clicking the blue “Performance” tab. You will then see an overview of goal measures with performance details. In the bottom right hand corner of each goal tile, you will see a “details” arrow. If you click here, you will see a monthly trend graphic for the current quarter that reports upon actual and targeted outcomes as they contribute to the annual aim. Where the target calls for revenue culminations, this link is offered as well. You will also be able to see the goal’s last update, and comments by the identified responsible department or team member.
In the introductory window, you will immediately see your organization’s Strategy Map. Once you click on any one of the organizational strategic goal tiles, it will take the center position on the line. You will then see the next tier of cascading goals that support your selection on the level directly beneath. Use the arrows to the right and the left of each line to see all related goals. Continue selecting your goal or action to the next level of the cascade, down to the team member level. If you want to quickly go back to the first overview, just click on the “Strategy Map” tab.
This tool demonstrates your strategic plan as it aligns to the goals you’ve created. The moment you begin to add or update goals and objectives, you will see it reflected in real time on The Dash. The more you add, the more robust The Dash will become.
Focus in on specific department goals or performance by clicking on the “Filter by” tab. Departmental / functional views are available in both the “Goals” and “Performance” tabs, allowing for effective collaborating and reporting. Filtering also saves organizations administrative time and effort for presentations.
